Rosa For Maine
To get Maine working again, we need to change who we send to Augusta.
Jobs
A Comprehensive Plan for Creating Jobs in Maine,” the first chapter of “Maine Rising,” Rosa Scarcelli’s plan for moving Maine forward, is now available.
Rebooting Augusta
We cannot bring our state into the 21st century economy with a 19th century way of governing it. No less than our success or failure as a state rests on whether, and how, we embrace efficiency, accountability and transparency in our government.
Health Care
Health care will continue to drag down Maine’s economy until we implement a workable solution at the state level to make insurance coverage more affordable—a solution that includes primary care, providing dental coverage and a greater stress on preventative care.
Energy
Weatherizing Maine homes and Companies would not only create thousands of jobs in our state, but could save us $450 million per year. Reducing our high cost of energy while simultaneously working to preserve our clean air, clean water and open spaces is not only possible, but it is absolutely necessary.
Education
Young people are our number one asset. We can keep them from leaving Maine by developing a top of the line education system for our state.
